KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI UPTD PUSKESMAS SUKATANI KOTA DEPOK,JAWA BARAT BERDASARKAN ANALISIS TERRA

This study aims to determine the quality of service at the UPTD Puskesmas Sukatani, Depok City in terms of TERRA analysis (Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance). This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on field research, it can be concluded that of the 5 indicators of service quality, namely: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy studied by UPTD Puskesmas Sukatani Kota Depok have been running well. This can be seen from the informants' answers to the sub-indicators of the five dimensions stating that they are good and in accordance with the Operational standards that apply at UPTD Puskesmas Sukatani. However, there are several sub-indicators that still need to be corrected including sub-dimensions of facilities and infrastructure such as the availability of parking lots, the sub-dimension of responding to patient complaints in online media and in the dimension of accuracy in examining files because officers with medical record graduates are only one officer (still lacking employees), considering the large number of surrounding communities who seek treatment at the Sukatani Puskesmas. In the three sub-dimensions still need to be improved so that the services provided to the community can be more comfortable with the treatment and can also be in accordance with the vision and mission of the Puskesmas organization.

The transition to digitalization in the handicraft industry such as Shadow Embroidery in Pesisir Selatan Regency requires a series of innovations and transformations to survive and increase competitiveness. Therefore, mastery of digital literacy and the ability to carry out digital transformation are very important. This study aims to examine the effect of digital literacy and digital transformation on the resilience of the Shadow Embroidery industry in Pesisir Selatan Regency with the adoption of technology as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sampling method using a saturated sampling technique, involving 87 respondents, all of whom are Shadow Embroidery industry players in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The data obtained were analyzed using the SEM-PLS 4.0 method to see the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses have a positive influence.

The purpose of this study is to explore the inhibiting factors in the implementation of green marketing practices in rendang SMEs in Padang City. This study uses a qualitative method that aims to obtain a clear picture of a problem, which will be focused on collecting data or information on the object. The results of the research findings and the results of the NVivo 12 plus Project Map analysis, various obstacles felt by SMEs actors to implement green marketing practices, namely government regulations, resources, organizational management, costs and awareness. This is due to the lack of involvement in long-term environmental concerns when producing products. In general, SMEs in rendang businesses focus more on the taste of food, product durability and good quality to reach consumers. In this case, there is no involvement in environmental aspects to minimize environmental impacts ranging from products, production sites, and price to product promotions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the West Kalimantan Social Welfare Coordinating Board in relation to drug rehabilitation. This study uses a qualitative method that aims to obtain a clear picture of a problem, which will be focused on collecting data or information on the object. The results of the study indicate that the drug rehabilitation places provided by the Government in West Kalimantan are still lacking. The results of the study stated that there are many cases in the community, of drug users who do not receive rehabilitation. BK3S has not played a role in drug rehabilitation but has carried out preventive education in the form of socialization to the community in preventing drugs. In the future, BK3S hopes to be able to carry out drug rehabilitation and have a sufficient budget to do so because drug rehabilitation requires a large budget.

This study aims to determine the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in enforcing regional regulations in East Luwu Regency. To find out what steps the government takes in overcoming public order that occurs in the community. This study was conducted using the Normative-Empirical Legal Research Method. Basically, this research method is a combination of a normative legal approach with the addition of various empirical elements. Thus, this study emphasizes the implementation of normative legal provisions (Laws) in their application in every specific legal event that occurs in the community. The implementation of regulations to improve student discipline at the East Luwu State Islamic Senior High School is still not going well. The diversity of backgrounds and potentials possessed by students will affect the level of student obedience in complying with regulations. Obstacles to the Implementation of the Role of the Apparatus in the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol-PP) Office, seen from the capability factor, have not supported or hindered the implementation of tasks. This occurs because they have never participated in supporting technical training related to the main tasks they carry out.

Public-private partnerships (PPPs) are an increasingly popular strategy in the provision of public services, such as clean water, infrastructure, and health. This article aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of such partnerships and their social and economic impacts on communities. This research method combines normative and empirical approaches to determine the cooperation agreement of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Kendari City. The results of the study show that in this context, political commitment, transparency, selection of the right partner, and continuous evaluation are considered key factors. In addition, the positive impacts of PPPs include increased access and quality of services, while the challenges faced such as inequality in access to services require special attention. Therefore, wise management is needed to ensure that this partnership provides fair benefits to all levels of society.

This research aims to find out and analyze the role of the East Luwu district government towards customary law communities. and To find out what the obstacles are in implementing the protection of customary law communities in East Luwu district. This type of research was carried out using the Normative-Empirical method. The results of the research show that East Luwu Regency, in recognizing and protecting its customary law communities, is by enacting Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2022 concerning Recognition and Protection of Customary Law Communities, where the regulation aims to provide legal certainty regarding the position and existence of customary law communities. Obstacles in the recognition and protection of customary law communities are related to legal factors where there are no more specific regulations governing the protection and recognition of customary law communities.

This study aims to determine the Role of Local Culture in Preventing Illegal Fishing. The research method combines normative and empirical approaches to determine the role of local culture in preventing illegal fishing in coastal communities in Southeast Sulawesi. The results of the study indicate that the role of local culture in Southeast Sulawesi, especially local wisdom and social sanctions, has an important contribution to preventing illegal fishing in coastal communities. The synergy between strong customary traditions and formal government policies is the key to success in maintaining the sustainability of marine ecosystems. These efforts can be strengthened through the development of local wisdom-based education, increasing the capacity of customary leaders, formulating responsive policies that involve the community, and strengthening community-based monitoring systems. With this holistic approach, the sustainability of marine resources can be realized, while preserving the traditional values that are the identity of the local community.

This research was conducted using the Normative Empirical legal research method, research was conducted in East Luwu Regency. The implementation of land acquisition in East Luwu Regency is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Where the implementation process is carried out by planning, preparation, implementation and then delivery of results. Obstacles in implementing land acquisition in East Luwu Regency are related to the lack of budget funds in procuring capital expenditures, as well as the amount of compensation determined by the government based on an assessment, which is binding.

This study aims to explore more effective eradication strategies by examining causal factors, evaluating existing policies, and formulating steps to improve prevention and enforcement efforts. This research method combines normative and empirical approaches to determine the Eradication of drug trafficking among adolescents. The normative approach includes the study of relevant laws, cases, laws, and historical developments. The results of the study indicate that drug trafficking among adolescents is influenced by social and family environmental factors, and the lack of education about the dangers of narcotics, which leads to serious physical, psychological, and social impacts. Eradication efforts require a comprehensive approach through education and public campaigns, strengthening the role of families in supervision and communication, rehabilitation for user recovery, and strict law enforcement against drug dealers. Synergy between the government, families, schools, law enforcement, and the community is essential, by utilizing information technology to raise awareness and reach adolescents more effectively.

The aim of the research is to examine, determine and analyze the influence of service quality based on organizational culture on the satisfaction of users of Bonded Zone facility services at Magelang Customs. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive statistical approach. Research data at Magelang Customs. was obtained using a questionnaire and a sample of 49 respondents. The data analysis carried out in the research is statistical and mathematical methods through GAP Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) measurements. The results of research on Service Quality calculations using GAP Analysis show that there are indicators from statement items that have negative values from the GAP Analysis calculations for each dimension of service quality with the total score obtained being -0.20. This value shows that the expectation score is greater than the performance score. Data analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at Magelang Customs showed that 89.12% were very satisfied. The overall level of customer satisfaction by looking at the level of performance and level of importance of product or service attributes as measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at the Magelang Customs, overall expectations and performance are very good. Then, the results of the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) measurement show improvements in service quality which are focused on 5 indicators that are included in important services, but satisfaction is still low.

Women's economic empowerment in Banjarbendo Village is one of the business alternatives where women participate in community life. As a village area in an urban area, the opportunity to improve the economy of the people of Banjarbendo Village is quite large in trade, culinary and MSMEs. Apart from that, agriculture and animal husbandry can still be developed even though land is decreasing. The research aims to identify women's economic empowerment through entrepreneurship in the context of economic growth which is expected to support the creation of a more sustainable and inclusive economic development strategy in Banjarbendo Village. This research is qualitative based on observation, interviews and documentation. The results illustrate that women's economic empowerment in Banjarbendo Village has not run as it should. Women's access to gender roles is limited, limiting their ability to engage in financially profitable activities, and women's control over their empowerment remains below standard.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of the parenting program strategy implemented by the Surabaya City Government in improving children's psychological well-being. This strategy seeks to create a healthy and prosperous city of Surabaya through good parenting, nutritional fulfilment, and adequate health facilities for children. The research method uses a mixed method combining qualitative and quantitative methods with data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study show that the Great Parents School (SOTH) Program provides an ideal platform for parents, especially mothers, to learn and seek knowledge about good parenting. The SOTH program provides significant benefits to mothers by providing effective parenting education, helping them cope with emotional challenges, teaching children to socialize, and practising language skills. The program is expected to be implemented in various regions to support child development and better parenting.

The problem of plastic waste is an important issue, one of which is for the City of Surabaya, therefore the Surabaya City Government formed Perwali Surabaya No. 16 of 2022 concerning Reducing the Use of Plastic Bags. However, in its implementation, there are still many business actors who still use plastic bags, one of which is in the Pabean Market. This study aims to determine the success and provide recommendations for policies to reduce the use of plastic bags in the Pabean Market, Surabaya City. This research uses qualitative research methods, with the technique of determining snowball informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The research focuses on policy evaluation theory, namely input, process, outputs, and outcomes. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the policy of reducing the use of plastic bags in the Pabean Market has not gone well because it has not fulfilled the evaluation measures, namely input, process, outputs, and outcomes. There needs to be improvements in the implementation of this policy so that obstacles can be overcome and this policy can run well in the future.

This study examines the implementation of village planning due to Lapindo mud in Ketapang Village. The 2006 Lapindo mud has caused severe damage, one of which is Ketapang Village, Tanggulangin District, causing administrative services to be unable to run. This study aims to identify the implementation of village planning in Ketapang Village, Tanggulangin District. The research method is based on qualitative description with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of village planning in Ketapang Village, Tanggulangin District is running optimally including communication with the local government, village government, and community so that it produces mutually agreed decisions, adequate human resources in carrying out administrative services and financial resources that support the merger of villages, and support from stakeholders so that activities and administrative services in Ketapang Village, Tanggulangin District can run like villages in general after being affected by Lapindo mud.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and risky online credit behaviour among college students in Batam City. The issue of online consumer credit for students has garnered considerable academic attention; however, the mechanisms linking financial literacy to risky credit behaviour are not yet fully understood. A sample of 190 students in Batam City was randomly selected as study respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis. The findings reveal that students' financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on risky credit behaviour, with subjective financial literacy exerting a stronger influence than objective financial literacy. Additionally, financial literacy positively affects financial self-efficacy. The study also shows that financial self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between financial literacy and risky credit behaviour. These findings hold implications for policy recommendations aimed at improving financial literacy and enhancing students' understanding of sound financial management practices.

This study analyses the quality of public administration services in population administration in Bou Village, Lambandia District, East Kolaka Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research aims to explore the factors influencing the quality of public services in the village, with a particular focus on essential administrative processes for residents. Data were collected through direct interviews and observations involving six informants, including village officials and community members. The results indicate that Desa Bou has made efforts to improve public service quality but faces several challenges. The Tangibles dimension lacks adequate facilities, such as breastfeeding rooms and disability-friendly services. Reliability is hindered by the absence of clear SOPs, leading to procedural inconsistencies. Responsiveness and Courtesy are rated positively, as village officials are attentive and friendly. However, issues remain in Competence, with limited training for staff affecting service efficiency.

This research is based on the phenomenon of the people of Kendari City who think that riding on the road using a motorbike does not require wearing a helmet, especially at certain moments. This momentum such as the delivery of a corpse or even to the celebration of a democratic party, like a campaign in public areas. Some people of Kendari City only wear hats and peci (songko) at certain seasons, and some choose not to wear any head protection at all. Due to societal realities, the purpose of this research is to ascertain how law enforcement responds to drivers who don’t wear helmets in accordance with sociocultural circumstances and to understand Kendari City’s traffic law system from the perspective of Lawrence M. Friedman’s theory. The research method used is a normative-empirical method. The research results findings demonstrate that when law enforcement personnel’s roles are in conflict with the sociocultural context of Kendari City society, the application of Article 291 of the Traffic Law fails to work as best it might. At some times, including during campaigns or when delivering corpses, law enforcement officials in the traffic sector appear to find it difficult or impossible to enforce the law against drivers who don’t wear helmets. Therefore, the situation indicates that Article 291 of the Traffic Law’s traffic system doesn’t work as expected.

The research results show that as a leader, the Wundudopi Village Head has played a very important role in improving employee performance.

This study examines how sales growth and capital structure affect financial hardship and finds that sound corporate governance acts as a mitigating factor. The research population includes companies in the transportation, utilities, and infrastructure sectors listed on the IDX during the 2018–2019 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, with 28 companies analyzed from 2018 to 2023, resulting in a total of 168 data points. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) utilizing SPSS 25 was used for the analysis. The results show that while capital structure has a beneficial influence on financial hardship, sales growth has a negative effect. Furthermore, good corporate governance strengthens the relationship between sales growth, capital structure, and financial distress.

This study aims to analyze and determine the Effectiveness of The Policy of Community Aspiration Finishing Through the Recess of The DPRD Of East Java Province, Electoral Region I, Surabaya City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to evaluate the effectiveness of the reses policy implemented by the East Java Provincial People's Representative Council (DPRD) in Electoral District 1 of Surabaya. The research focuses on public participation, challenges faced, and the impact of reses on public policy. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, which were then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The success of the reses program is measured by how well the community’s aspirations are received and translated into relevant public policies. The main challenge identified is the low public participation, attributed to insufficient socialization and a lack of trust in the follow-up process of aspirations. Improvements in socialization, the use of technology, and transparency in follow-up can enhance the effectiveness of reses and the policies generated. The study found that the reses program in Electoral District 1 of Surabaya is effective in capturing public aspirations, with high participation rates, quick responses, and tangible policy impacts. However, resource limitations and the absence of formal surveys reduce its effectiveness. Nevertheless, direct interactions show that the program has succeeded in bridging communication between the legislative body and the public.

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) in Sumorame Village, Candi Sub-district. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data gathered from interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The research focuses on how BLT-DD is implemented in Sumorame Village. The findings highlight several key aspects of the policy's execution. First, effective communication through socialization during the Special Village Deliberation (Musyawarah Desa Khusus) helped the residents clearly understand the eligibility criteria and distribution mechanism. Second, well-qualified human resources were involved, with staff knowledgeable about the procedures and working together to ensure the aid was distributed properly. The budgeting process, which started with the village deliberation and was authorized through the Village Budget (APBDes), followed government guidelines, with a maximum of 25% of the Village Fund allocated for BLT DD. Third, there was a strong commitment from implementers, as they collaborated with various parties to ensure timely distribution. Lastly, a well-organized bureaucratic structure with clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) supported the smooth implementation of the policy. Although there were some challenges in managing recipient data, overall, the implementation of BLT-DD in Sumorame Village was successful in utilizing resources effectively and achieving the goal of assisting the community.

This study aims to analyze the leadership style of the Rahandouna Village Head in supporting the improvement of employee performance at the Rahandouna Village Office, Poasia District, Kendari City. The focus of the research is directed at four leadership indicators, namely as innovators, communicators, motivators, and controllers. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of the Rahandouna Village Head as an innovator is not optimal. The lack of new ideas and innovations hinders improving creativity and work efficiency. On the contrary, as a communicator, the village head shows good communication skills, creating a harmonious and conducive working atmosphere. In the motivator aspect, the village head consistently encourages, and guidance, and emphasizes the importance of discipline, which supports the improvement of employee morale. However, in its role as a controller, the village head has not been effective, characterized by low supervision of employee performance and attendance, which harms work discipline.

This study is intended to explain how the stunting prevention policy for East Halmahera Regency with the highest stunting prevalence in North Maluku Province. This study also intends to find out how the policies are initiated by the local government and the relevance of their implementation in the community. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data sources are obtained through interviews with relevant stakeholders. Data are processed through data collection, data analysis, and drawing conclusions and policy suggestions or recommendations. The results of the study show that the Central Halmahera Regency Local Government Policy in handling stunting is not optimal, as seen from the high stunting rate which places this district in first place in North Maluku in 2022. Interventions through anthropometric measurements are effective in increasing awareness of mothers and health cadres about the importance of nutritional status, while training in making PMT provides practical knowledge about healthy toddler menus. In the future, further counselling is needed on exclusive breastfeeding and complete basic immunization to support efforts to prevent stunting sustainably.

This research aims to investigate the patterns of isomorphism in the adoption of digital technologies in Indonesian government agencies, focusing on the variability of implementation and its impact on the harmonization of administrative practices and the efficiency of public services. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and document analysis to collect data from various government agencies. The results of the analysis show that isomorphism facilitates inter-agency coordination but also presents challenges related to local innovation and adaptation. The Indo-Pacific region is currently at risk of developing into a regional security complex. The Indo-Pacific saw a rise in enmity patterns among states in this region. This issue arises because China’s more assertive regional policy, especially the United States, makes other states uneasy. This paper questioned whether China’s aggressiveness was the only factor driving the establishment of AUKUS. Using a qualitative method with interpretative analysis, this paper, therefore, aims to research further the Indo-Pacific’s rising amity and enmity patterns that led to the AUKUS establishment. The authors will employ four variables from Barry Buzan and Ole Wæver’s regional security complex theory, namely boundary, anarchic structure, polarity, and social construction, to comprehend and explain these patterns. Based on the findings, the authors concluded that each of these four variables played a part in changing the Indo-Pacific strategic environment and encouraged the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia to deepen their partnerships through AUKUS.

The purpose of this study is to determine the DIGITALIZATION OF SAMSAT SERVICES: Increasing Motor Vehicle Tax Compliance Through e-Samsat in Muna Regency. This research method is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research informants consisted of 9 people. Data collection techniques through interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Qualitative descriptive research is research that aims to describe events or phenomena that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts or phenomena that occur in the field. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the e-SAMSAT system in Muna Regency first have not been fully implemented properly such as the content dimension, in addition, the dimensions of timeliness and ease of use are effective. However, this system has not had a major influence on taxpayer compliance. There are still obstacles in the implementation of the e-SAMSAT system in paying taxes, including Cultural or historical reasons, Lack of information or counselling by the Government to taxpayers and Individual Atmosphere. Gradual and comprehensive socialization is needed from related officials, namely the Muna Regency SAMSAT Public Relations Team in public places by opening stands to introduce the existence of the e-SAMSAT system service so that taxpayers can be aware of their obligations.

This study aims to explore the role of organizational learning and job crafting in enhancing the effectiveness of asset management in South Konawe Regency. The primary issue addressed is the low effectiveness in asset management aspects, such as planning, procurement, utilization, assessment, and administration. This research examines how individuals, through job crafting, can improve asset management performance and support more effective organizational learning. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, document studies, and observations at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, as well as related agencies such as the Education and Health Offices. The findings indicate that limited organizational learning and a lack of policies supporting collaboration and the use of technology hinder asset management effectiveness. Job crafting, focusing on task crafting, relational crafting, and cognitive crafting, can improve collaboration and enhance employees' understanding of their contributions to organizational goals. This study suggests that policies should better support team-based learning, technology, and cross-unit collaboration. Leadership must also promote job crafting implementation to boost employee motivation and commitment to more efficient asset management. This research is expected to provide a foundation for better policies and encourage more efficient and sustainable asset management practices in the future.

The purpose of this research is to identify and examine gender inequality as a manifestation of gender differences in Kendari City in 2024. It will examine the forms of gender inequality that women in Kendari City face using the gender concept. The research method used is mixed methods, which combine qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed via Google form, literature study, and documentation. The three steps of the analysis technique are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research indicates that there are five forms of gender inequality in Kendari City, namely: Marginalization, Subordination, Stereotypes, Violence and Workload. Stereotypes, Marginalization, and Subordination are less dominant than the most dominant form of violence that women in Kendari City face. Based on data from the Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Service, there were 26 cases of violence against women that occurred in the workplace, public spaces, and at home. The workload was found to be 44.4%, especially for women who act as both breadwinners and housewives. In conclusion, workload and violence are the most prevalent forms of gender inequality in Kendari City. Poor economic conditions are the primary factor of this violence and workload.

This study explores the implementation of the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) system at CV Twin Alfa, a company engaged in the production of automotive training equipment for vocational and mechanical engineering students. In an increasingly competitive market, the necessity for accurate cost information is paramount for strategic decision-making and pricing strategies. Traditional cost accounting methods, which allocate manufacturing overhead based solely on production volume, lead to significant inaccuracies in cost calculations, particularly for companies with diverse product offerings. This research demonstrates that the ABC system provides a more precise method for calculating production costs by linking expenses directly to the activities that generate them. Findings indicate that employing the ABC system not only enhances the accuracy of cost information but also supports improved operational efficiency and competitive pricing. The study concludes that adopting the ABC approach is essential for CV Twin Alfa to refine its cost management practices and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

In this study, the method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The informants in this study were government officials, academics, private sector (businessmen), media and communities, who have the capability of understanding and credibility related to this study, who are members of the BLUD Konawe Hospital Public Service Assistance, Communication and Partnership Forum. The data analysis used is qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the BLUD Konawe Hospital Public Service Assistance, Communication and Partnership Forum has been running effectively so far, but not optimally. In its implementation, stakeholders in carrying out their duties and functions are still felt to be less than optimal in certain areas. In the performance of this forum, some factors have an influence, both as obstacles and supporters, which will be measured based on indicators, namely: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability.

This study aims to explore deeper the motivations, attitudes, and political preferences of women farmers in direct regional elections, and how social, economic, and cultural factors influence their political behaviour. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, with a case study approach. This study uses a qualitative research method. The methods used to collect data in this study are: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the motivations, attitudes, and political preferences of women farmers in direct regional elections are greatly influenced by social, economic, and cultural factors. The majority of women farmers choose candidates who are considered capable of supporting family needs and improving community welfare. Their political attitudes are also shaped by their life experiences, social interactions, and roles in the family. Policies that focus on the economic empowerment of women farmers, such as increasing employment opportunities or skills training programs, often attract their attention. These preferences are not only the result of urgent needs but also a reflection of women farmers' aspirations to improve the standard of living of their families and their environment.

This study aims to analyze the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) planning strategies of Buton Tengah Regency in increasing regional income. Using a qualitative approach, the study involved 20 respondents selected through a PSS (5:1) mechanism and 5 informants chosen purposively. Data collection was conducted through a series of in-depth interviews to evaluate organizational performance based on five key dimensions: productive efficiency, service standards, responsiveness, compliance level, and management transparency. Data analysis employed the interactive approach developed by Milles and Huberman. The findings indicate that the performance of BAPENDA Buton Tengah is rated as "satisfactory" when assessed across these five dimensions. To enhance regional revenue, BAPENDA implements tax planning strategies to maintain tax burdens at an optimal level, allowing companies or individuals to meet tax obligations while maximizing financial benefits or efficiency. Generally, the ideal tax planning percentage for Buton Tengah is measured by Tax Revenue Efficiency (a minimum of 20%-25% of total PAD) and a balanced Tax Ratio in the range of approximately 10%-15%, depending on the main economic sectors of Buton Tengah.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with three sources, namely: the principal, teachers, and school operators. As a result of the study, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Nurul Ihsan Jambi City has tried to implement learning evaluations by standards, although there are still some problems in the administration, learning and implementation of the new curriculum, namely the independent curriculum. This research aims to analyze conflict management in Papua through a representative bureaucracy theory approach which prioritizes descriptive and substantive representation in managing social and political diversity. The prolonged conflict in Papua which is rooted in social injustice, discrimination and marginalization has encouraged feelings of marginalization and demands for independence. Even though the Indonesian government has implemented various policies to reduce conflict, such as granting special autonomy and increasing Papuan representation in the bureaucracy, serious challenges remain. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach to explore this phenomenon in more depth, by collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies related to Papuan policies. The data obtained was analyzed using thematic analysis to identify the main themes related to political representation and government policies in resolving conflicts. The research results show that although there have been significant efforts to achieve more inclusive political representation, the success of these policies is highly dependent on serious implementation that focuses on social justice and transparency. A representative bureaucratic approach, if applied with consistent principles, can make an important contribution to reducing social tensions and creating sustainable peace in Papua.

Generation Z is one of the groups of society with the largest number and workforce. Based on data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Southeast Sulawesi Province shows a positive trend in people investing. The number of investors will increase by 43.3% in 2022-2023 and the largest investors are those belonging to Generation Z. This is due to financial literacy and financial inclusion so that they are more aware of managing their finances to invest in safer and better places. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The number of respondents in the research was 97 respondents. The results in this study show that all variables (exogenous and endogenous) have a significant influence.

This research analyzes the effectiveness of the Bandar Lampung City General Election Commission (KPU) in increasing the political participation of marginalized groups, especially homeless people, by PKPU Mandate Number 10 of 2018. Homeless groups face various obstacles, such as a lack of legal identity, social stigma, and limited access to information. which makes it difficult for them to engage in the democratic process. Even though the KPU has implemented a political education program for vulnerable groups, this effort focuses more on people with disabilities, so that the needs of the homeless are neglected. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with an inclusion-based political education approach. The research results show that low data collection and a lack of special programs for homeless people are the main obstacles to increasing their participation. The implications of this ineffectiveness include low levels of political participation for homeless people, continued marginalization, and inequality in a democratic system that includes the principle of inclusivity. Recommendations provided include collaboration between the KPU, Social Services, and civil society organizations to cover the needs of homeless people, the implementation of tailored political education programs, and facilitating the disclosure of identity documents.

The research aims to describe and analyze the government’s strategy in dealing with victims of violence against women in the city of Kendari. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, determining informants using purposive sampling with 4 informants. Data collection in this study was done through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the background of violence against women is dominated by patriarchal culture and economic dependence. While the government’s strategy in dealing with victims of acts of violence against women is carried out by minimum service standards for women’s protection, however, spiritual guidance services have not been implemented at the women’s and empowerment agency and child protection in Kendari city.

The 3R waste management strategy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) is a government effort to deal with existing waste problems, with the main objective of minimizing the amount of waste entering the Final Disposal Site (TPA). This study analyzes the implementation of 3R waste management at the TPS in Trawas Village, Trawas District, Sidoarjo Regency. With a descriptive and qualitative approach, this study aims to analyze and describe the 3R waste management strategy through objectives, environment, direction, action, and learning. The research method includes interview sessions (related to sources), observation, documentation, and literature studies or literature reviews, with data analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The findings of this study indicate that the 3R waste management strategy in Trawas Village, seen from the Objective factor, requires the addition of more complete facilities and infrastructure so that the waste management process can run optimally. From the Environmental factor, both internal and external, all parties have been involved and have an important role in running this 3R program. From the direction factor, more intensive education and socialization are needed so that the community can better understand the waste management process. From the action factor, the coordination carried out is running effectively. From the learning factor, the evaluation and monitoring that have been carried out have been running to assess the success of the 3R program.

The complexation of the conflict that occurred in the community of the gold mining area of PT. Masmindo Dwi Area in Latimojong forced the parties involved to find a way out of the tension that occurred. This study aims to identify the best practices of land conflict resolution involving several stakeholders in Latimojong. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through field observations, in-depth interviews and document studies. The results of the study indicate that conflict resolution in the community of the gold mining area of PT. Masmindo Dwi Area in Latimojong was carried out through informal mechanisms (negotiation and mediation) and formal (litigation). Both mechanisms are fairly effective, although in some cases the land conflicts that occurred reached a dead end. This study suggests the need for the use of other, more appropriate approaches to resolve the tensions that occurred. Policies based on local community participation and appropriate compensation for land are the main recommendations for resolving land conflicts at the mine location.

They think that the political content they see through new media, especially social media, tends to be easier to understand compared to other news sources. The most frequently accessed political content on social media is political memes and humor, debates and political educational content. The research results also show that Generation Z's political opinions are largely formed through what they see on social media. Candidates for Governor who are more active on social media have the greatest chance of winning the votes of Generation Z, because most of them also know the Candidate for Governor of Southeast Sulawesi through social media.

This research aims to determine how the Resilient Pemuda Tangguh Scholarship policy is implemented to encourage improvements in the quality of education, especially expanding access to education for Surabaya City residents from underprivileged family backgrounds. Qualitative methods with primary and secondary data were applied in this research. Primary data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from other research documents, documents from related agencies, and online news related to the Resilient Pemuda Tangguh Scholarship. After the data is collected, analysis is carried out through data reduction, data display, and inference/verification stages. The informants used by researchers include students from schools who have not submitted monthly reports for the last three months, and staff of the Sub-Coordinator of Public Welfare as the party responsible for the Resilient Pemuda Tangguh Scholarship policy. Based on the analysis of Smith's four theoretical variables, namely ideal policy, target group, implementing organization, and environmental factors, this policy is considered successful in improving the quality of education for underprivileged families, although there are still 1,800 participants who do not submit monthly reports due to lack of awareness of this obligation.

This study aims to identify and analyze these impacts using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that ecotourism activities have a positive impact on the local community. First, ecotourism increases community knowledge and insight into environmental management and sustainability-based tourism potential. Second, community awareness of local natural and cultural wealth is increasing, encouraging the preservation of traditional cultural values. Third, the social status of the community increases through active participation in tourism activities. Fourth, it also has an impact on foreign language skills, especially English, as a need for interaction with tourists. Fifth, community empowerment can be seen from the emergence of new economic opportunities, such as homestay management, local crafts, and tour guide services. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between ecotourism managers, the government, and the community to maintain long-term benefits for the sustainability of ecotourism and the welfare of the local community.

Although tasks have been carried out well, the late response to information and the difficulty of the community in understanding the registration procedures and accessing information through the website show that transparency still needs to be improved. In general, the provision of clear information and easy access to information are still areas that need improvement to ensure effective transparency.

This study explores the phenomenon of pork barrel politics in the context of social assistance (bansos) distribution ahead of Indonesia's 2024 Presidential and Vice-Presidential Election. The primary focus is on how President Joko Widodo leveraged social assistance as a political tool to boost the electability of his endorsed candidates, Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Using a distributive politics framework and pork barrel theory, this research analyzes the patterns of social assistance distribution in regions with high voter registration, such as Central Java, East Java, and West Java. The findings indicate a discriminatory strategy in the allocation of social assistance to support specific candidates, achieved through the strategic deployment of government funds. This study contributes to the understanding of distributive politics practices in the context of Indonesian electoral politics, with implications for transparency and accountability in the management of public budgets.

This study will examine the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the development planning of Medalem Village using Soerjono Soekanto's role theory. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the development planning of Medalem Village according to the six indicators of Soerjono Soekanto's role theory. The research method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study show that the role of the BPD of Medalem Village has not been fully implemented. It is proven from the results obtained that 3 of the 6 indicators of Soekanto's role theory still have problems, namely (1) role conflict in the form of unclear information delivery between the BPD; (2) rights and obligations in the form of BPD supervision are only formalities without in-depth evaluation; and (3) social expectations in the form of the absence of several BPD members without clear explanation.

This research aims to analyze the collaboration between stakeholders in managing the tourist attraction of the Sunan Giri Tomb in Gresik, one of Indonesia's important religious tourism destinations. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The Sunan Giri Tomb Foundation focuses on preserving historical and cultural values. The village government supports it by constructing infrastructure and community empowerment, while the local community participates in various religious and traditional activities. However, this research also identified challenges, such as limited infrastructure, lack of optimal promotion, and competition with other religious tourism attractions. Therefore, a more integrated collaborative strategy is needed to strengthen tourism management, increase attractiveness, and support the sustainability of the development of the Sunan Giri Tomb as a highly competitive religious tourism destination.

The State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN) is a digital platform owned by the State Civil Service Agency that was developed to manage ASN personnel data and information in Indonesia. One of the services available in SIASN is the promotion service. This study aims to find out the implementation of the SIASN-Based Promotion Service Policy in the Regional Civil Service Agency of Sidoarjo Regency, which is based on Regulation of the State Civil Service Agency Number 7 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN) and a circular letter from BKN concerning the acceleration of ASN-based promotion and mutation services based on SIASN. The research method used is qualitative research, using primary and secondary data sources, and refers to Edward III's theory. Data collection techniques are carried out in three ways: through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the research conducted show that the implementation of the SIASN-based promotion service policy in the BKD of the Sidoarjo district is quite optimal because the presence of SIASN can cut the bureaucratic flow. However, there are obstacles that are still faced today, namely weak validity/updating data and minimal awareness of ASN

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees in realizing public service innovation at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kendari City based on indicators of work quality, timeliness, ability, initiative and communication, the type of research used was qualitative research. The results showed that the performance of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kendari City in realizing the public service innovation program requires communication skills and a proactive attitude from employees. Although employees have been meticulous as well as highly committed to working, efforts are still needed to improve the quality of work through training and technical guidance (bimtek). In addition, the timely performance of employees in working is one of the advantages that support the success of this innovation program. Timeliness in completing tasks and providing services to the community not only reflects employee professionalism but also increases public trust in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kendari City. Thus, despite challenges in terms of communication skills and initiative, employees' on-time performance can be a foundation for improving other aspects of public service.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the impact of the use of Digital Marketing on increasing sales of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kendari City. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method (single variable data analysis). After the data is collected, the data is grouped numerically, processed using a frequency table, and supplemented with a description of additional information related to the challenges faced by MSMEs in Kendari City. The criteria are MSMEs that use Digital Marketing > 1 year and MSMEs that specifically sell food and clothing. The results of the study show that the use of digital marketing in increasing MSME sales in Kendari City shows that digital marketing strategies have a significant impact on MSME sales growth. The indicators used, namely transaction costs, interactivity, incentive programs, and website design, make an important contribution to creating a positive user experience and encouraging increased sales.

The planning of building and environmental management policies for the Sarangan Tourism Area was carried out through the RTBL program, which provides a guideline for organizing areas that do not yet comply with regulations. This study examined how the Dinas Perumahan Rakyat, Kawasan Permukiman, and dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Jawa Timur planned the RTBL policy using a descriptive qualitative approach based on Handoko’s (2003) planning theory. The results showed that the planning process was well-executed, with clear and measurable goals focused on reorganizing the area’s buildings and environment to support sustainable development. Strategies were carefully designed using SWOT analysis to ensure the policies were effective and aligned with the area’s needs while adhering to national and regional regulations, such as PERMEN-PUPR No. 06/PRT/M/2007. Projects and programs were implemented on schedule and followed proper procedures, using a combination of a top-down approach and limited bottom-up input. Funding was allocated through supervision and development planning forums, ensuring the program met all required standards.

This research aims to understand and describe the role of Family Capacity Building Meetings in financial management for Beneficiary Families of the Family Hope Program. Using qualitative descriptive research methods, the data collected consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with three informants from PKH HR and 15 PKH KPM, as well as the results of field observations. Meanwhile, secondary data was collected through literature study and supporting literature. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, as explained by Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that PKH human resources understand the objectives and benefits of the P2K2 program, resulting in a significant impact on enhancing the knowledge and financial management skills of KPM PKH. Through P2K2 meetings, KPMs gain additional insights into family financial management. However, challenges remain, as some KPMs struggle with financial management due to the instability of their monthly income.

This study aims to see that the development of facilities at the Cangar Hot Springs by Dinas Perumahan Rakyat, Kawasan Permukiman dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Jawa Timur provides a positive contribution to tourist attraction, increasing visitors and locally-generated revenue, while still paying attention to the environmental in conservative areas, and can make regional tourism into national superior tourism. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through interview techniques, observation and document study. The research results show that the Dinas Perumahan Rakyat, Kawasan Permukiman dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Jawa Timur carries out five main roles based on Siagian (2012) theory, namely as a stabilizer, innovator, modernizer, pioneer and implementer. As a stabilizer, maintains social stability through monitoring mechanisms involving various parties, although community involvement in planning still needs to be increased. As an innovator, efforts have been made to implement environmentally friendly concepts, but conceptual innovation and work systems need strengthening. As a modernizer, it has succeeded in integrating efficient management, mastery of science, and modern infrastructure to support sustainable tourism. As a pioneer, strategic steps were taken to emphasize social justice, sustainability and environmental care. As an implementer, ensures the construction of facilities according to national standards with an environmentally friendly approach and efficient budget management.

ANALISIS PEMASARAN RUMPUT LAUT DI DESA AKUNI KECAMATAN TINANGGEA KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN

This research aimed to analyze seaweed marketing in Akuni Village, Tinanggea Sub-district, Konawe Selatan Regency. The study was motivated by the large potential of seaweed in Indonesia, particularly in Akuni Village, where seaweed cultivation is the main livelihood for most residents. The research method used was a survey method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis to describe marketing channels and quantitative descriptive analysis to calculate marketing margins and marketing efficiency using marketing margin and farmer's share formulas. The results showed that there was one seaweed marketing channel in Akuni Village, namely from farmers to collectors, then to Makassar. The marketing margin obtained by collectors is Rp. 3,000/Kg. Marketing efficiency is relatively high with a farmer's share value of 83%. In conclusion, the seaweed marketing channel in Akuni Village is quite good and efficient.

This study aims to determine the modernization of the tax administration system in improving the compliance of hotel taxpayers in Kendari City. This research uses a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, document studies, and observations at the Kendari City Regional Revenue Agency, as well as hotel taxpayers in Kendari City. The results of this study indicate that the modernization of the tax administration system can improve hotel taxpayer compliance in Kendari City. This can be seen from the dimensions of the modernization of the tax administration system that are fulfilled, namely the administrative system has been based on communication and information technology, through the use of technology-based programs and online payments. Based on the modernization of the administrative system, is quite effective and efficient in increasing taxpayer compliance. The simplicity of using a modernized tax administration system is simple and understandable for taxpayers and can provide benefits for taxpayers in terms of reporting and monitoring taxation.
