The Sidoarjo Regency Government presents innovative public service products based on electronic technology in the form of applications, namely the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SIPRAJA). This research aims to measure the effectiveness of SIPRAJA as a public service in Gempolsari Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The quantitative research method used is one variable in a descriptive approach based on the theory of innovation characteristics according to Rogers which requires a sample of 100 respondents. This research has the results that the indicators of relative superiority, compatibility, complexity, testability and observability are very effective. So, the overall conclusion is that the effectiveness of SIPRAJA in Gempolsari Village, Sidoarjo Regency with a final result of a percentage value of 69% is included in the very effective category.

This research aims to analyze and explain the Coordination of Implementing Environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility in Siak Regency, Riau Province. This type of research uses a qualitative research type of descriptive method—data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and literature studies from various sources. The results showed that the coordination of implementing the Company's social and environmental responsibility has not been maximally implemented. Based on the unity of action indicator measurement, coordination meetings between stakeholders are rarely held to unite actions. Then, the lack of information about TJSL is also a factor in the lack of communication. The inability of the TJSL forum to carry out its duties is also an obstacle, so there is a lack of supervision of companies, which results in companies not complying with regulations, such as making reports on the implementation of TJSL in Siak District.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of local government in preserving historical sites in order to optimize local revenue and what factors hinder the preservation of Taman Renungan Bung Karno as a historical site in Ende Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the role of local government in preserving historical sites at Taman Renungan Bung Karno in the aspects of motivator, facilitator and dynamist has not been carried out effectively. The government must be more active in carrying out innovations in promoting tourism and disseminating information regarding the Bung Karno Reflection Park through outreach activities and seminars. The government also needs to provide supporting infrastructure such as bathrooms/toilets which are vital tourist needs, repair damaged park facilities, including tightening supervision in the park.

This study aims to detect several factors that drive millennials to consuming metal genre music based on the heaviness principle and determine dominant sub-genre which millennials preferred and self-emotional on each. By using a qualitative approach throughout semi-structural interviews for 20 millennials with a snowball sampling technique, then analyzed by thematic analysis. Results found that the driving factors of millennials to consuming musicals with the metal genre start from knowing metal music, then using it as a means of expression, continuing to participate in events, bands and communities, then exploring subgenres, artistic as well as emotional expression.

This research aims to provide an explanation of efforts to overcome violence against children in Surabaya in the period 2021 to 2023 which are implemented through partnerships with the UNICEF. This research uses the concept of violence and protection against children and is based on Finnemore & Sikkink's norm life cycle theory in providing an overview of the norm internalization process by the Surabaya City Government as an effort to create a Child Friendly City in the world. The author also uses Ali Khamdan's international partnership theory regarding partnership steps. To carry out qualitative data analysis, this research uses interviews, observation and document analysis method. Based on the research results, the implementation of the Surabaya City Government partnership in overcoming child violence in Surabaya was carried out through 8 stages of Ali Khamdan's partnership theory starting from problem recognition to the monitoring stage. After signing the memorandum of understanding, this partnership is still being implemented. Several actions have been taken, such as correspondence to Bappenas and UNICEF by the Surabaya City Government, UNICEF visited Surabaya, there were work program preparation meetings, and monitoring supervised by Bappeda.

The problem of plastic waste is profound in every country in the world. This is because plastic is the most widely produced material and is difficult to degrade in the environment. Indonesia and Malaysia are countries that have serious plastic waste problems. Indonesia and Malaysia are the top five countries producing plastic waste in Southeast Asia (Arumdani, Puspita, & Budiharjo, 2021). This is what the Indonesian and Malaysian governments are concentrating on to resolve environmental pollution due to the ever-increasing volume of plastic waste. This journal uses a comparative study to compare the efforts of Indonesia and Malaysia in dealing with the plastic waste problem. To solve the plastic waste problem, the Indonesian government has established several regulations and programs to meet the SDGs targets. The Malaysian government also implemented regulations and behavioural changes to reduce plastic waste, which aligns with the Basel Convention, which regulates hazardous wastes, including plastic waste. Facing almost similar problems, Indonesia and Malaysia continue to strive to solve the plastic waste problem by following the priorities and targets of their respective countries.

Sumber Maron Tourism Village Management is an innovative program implemented by Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs) in Karangsuko Village, Malang Regency. This research aims to analyze the institutional development of VOEs in managing water resources in the Sumber Maron Tourism Village, Malang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by interpreting data from interviews and various documents obtained in the research. Next, compare the data that has been presented with the theory of institutional development. The research results show that developing VOEs institutions in managing water resources can produce tourist villages that benefit the community, village government, and VOEs managers. Second, it was found that managers needed to prepare access to information about websites and social media optimistically. The recommendation is that in developing the Sumber Maron tourist village, a website should be immediately prepared for information access so potential visitors can quickly get information.

This research aims to find out what factors are taken into consideration by human resources, especially judges and advocates, when conducting electronic hearings via e-court or conventional hearings and to find out what the weaknesses are in holding electronic hearings. The research was conducted at the Padang District Court with the research population being judges and advocates. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, so that 4 judges and 3 advocates were obtained as research samples. Data was collected through observation and interviews with informants. The research results show that there are several factors that are taken into consideration by human resources, especially judges and lawyers, in deciding whether to conduct conventional trials or electronic trials, namely in terms of efficiency and flexibility in time, costs and transparency of the judicial process. In applying the principle of simple, fast and low cost in using the electronic court system (e-court), there are several factors that are weaknesses of e-court, namely Human Resources who are not fully ready and accustomed to using technology and weaknesses of the e-court system itself, such as the existing system. loading is still frequent, case transmission calculations are not correct, and the device is not optimal.

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the TNI's Social Communication policy in addressing radicalism in the Kodam III/Siliwangi area, focusing on the effectiveness of the programme, available resources, as well as obstacles and solutions encountered in its implementation. The research was conducted using a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with informants, namely the Assistant Kasdam III/Siliwangi Cq. Operations Assistant and Territorial Assistant, Bakesbangpol Linmas of West Java Province, Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion and Ministry of Law and Human Rights of West Java Province. This research reveals that the implementation of TNI social communication faces challenges in overcoming radicalism, including a lack of understanding of the mechanisms of radicalism and a lack of participation in deradicalisation initiatives initiated by BNPT. Other factors affecting policy implementation are resource considerations such as personnel, equipment, and financial resources. Improving the capability of local command structures and coordination with relevant partners is required to successfully tackle radicalism. Comprehensive awareness of local culture and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) involving all relevant parties in the regions are also important to improve the effective identification and prevention of radicalism.

This research aims to find out the function of the Art Community as Identity Strengthening, Empowerment and Social Networking for its members. This research concludes that the art community is able to shape the identity of its members by providing a place to work, for example providing a stage to perform and publication media. Art members are empowered members as artists and are involved in preparing activities such as controlling the venue, and properties to be used, and directing the continuity of the event, also the Community provides opportunities for its members to be able to expand their network in each field of art so that there are several collaborations as well as mutual support between fellow members within the community and outside the community.

In 2015, Indonesia was shocked by the landing of a foreign ship containing Rohingya refugees in Aceh province. Not only Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand also experienced the same incident. The refugees came to obtain temporary asylum due to the country's conflict, which threatened the survival of the Rohingya tribe in Myanmar. Indonesia's rejection gave rise to various reactions from within and outside the country. Responding to this, Indonesia finally accepted the existence of Rohingya refugees by also signing the Joint Statement Ministerial Meeting on Irregular Movement of People in Southeast Asia. These foreign policy changes will be examined further using the Foreign Policy Change theory to determine the factors influencing foreign policy-makers in deciding their foreign policy. This research will use explanatory-qualitative methods to analyze Indonesia's momentum in taking windows of opportunity toward the Joint Statement Ministerial Meeting on Irregular Movement of People in Southeast Asia.

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Child Friendly City Policy in Nganjuk Regency using Edward III's implementation theory with four variables which include communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the communication variable with the sub-focus of transmission, clarity and consistency is not optimal because the communication carried out is still not comprehensive enough for agencies so there are agencies that are not aware of the policy. In the resource variable with the sub-focus of staff, information, authority and facilities, it shows that it has been maximized, proven by the existence of human resources who have the ability and knowledge related to the policy so that they can carry out their duties and there are regulatory guidelines and technical instructions as well as physical facilities that can support implementation. that policy. The disposition variable with the sub-focus of cognition, direction and response from implementers, and intensity of response has been carried out well as seen from employees who understand related policies and carry out various policy-supporting programs with full responsibility. The final variable, namely the bureaucratic structure, has not been implemented optimally because there is no clear bureaucratic structure.

Utilizing the team to carry out operational vehicle maintenance activities is crucial to maintaining smooth mobility. Well-scheduled maintenance can prevent unexpected problems and minimize disruption to vehicle operations. The problem is that the implementation of operational vehicle maintenance policies is not yet optimal. The aim of this research is to focus on operational vehicles so that use is not disrupted and mobility runs smoothly, maintenance scheduling is needed. Completion of this research method will use the Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree data mining applications. This research produces a comparison of the two data mining applications to determine maintenance performance with an accuracy level of the Naïve Bayes method of 33.33% and a Decision Tree at 75.00%. The results of the best algorithm performance analysis are used as a reference for implementing vehicle maintenance scheduling.

The results of the research showed the implementation of the project student profile strengthening program Pancasila was very helpful in shaping the character of students and already in the category both on program indicators, implementing organizations, and target groups.

The data used in this research involves information sourced from primary and secondary data. The research results show that the role of the Manpower and Transmigration Service in Kendari City in protecting workers includes aspects of law, safety, health, social security and work relations. Even though efforts have been made such as providing fair wages, preventing work injuries, routine health checks, financial protection, and protecting the right to organize, there are still obstacles to policy implementation such as ineffective communication and limited resources that affect policy implementation.

The important role of employees in interactions between government and society in sub-districts attracts attention, especially regarding discretionary behavior such as job crafting which is considered to improve public services. The aim of this research is to determine the proportion of employees in the sub-district who are actively involved in job crafting behavior in improving public services, and to identify variations in the level of involvement among employees in the three dimensions of job crafting. This research used quantitative methods and involved all 39 employees from a sub-district government in Kendari City. Data was obtained through the use of a questionnaire with a Likert scale and distributed directly manually, and then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The research results show that the majority of employees in this sub-district are active in job crafting, achieving around 75.9% ideal scores. However, variations in the level of involvement are seen among the dimensions of job crafting, namely seeking resources, seeking challenges, and reducing demands on the job. With a high standard deviation, it shows significant variation in the level of job crafting.

This study is aimed on Tenun Satu Karya Pandai Sikek due to one of favorites weaving business in the province of West Sumatera. By using business model canvas and SWOT analysis approaches on Tenun Satu Karya, it is expected to support competitive strategies on dynamic market demands. Results suggest that Tenun Satu Karya must focus on utilizing its strengths in the area of product quality and overcoming its weaknesses in the areas of partnerships, regeneration of the weaving craftsmen, and upgrading its marketing channels.

This study aims to analyze the collaboration between the executive and legislature in the formulation of inclusive budget policies in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results show that close collaboration between the two institutions provides a solid foundation for inclusive and sustainable budget policymaking. Their synergy ensures alignment of development visions as well as accountability and transparency in public budget management. However, there are challenges such as lack of alignment of vision, limited transparency, and lack of effective coordination. Therefore, it is necessary to improve communication, understanding, and coordination between the two institutions to create inclusive and sustainable budget policies that have a positive impact on regional progress.

This research aims to analyze the role of the Nganjuk Regency Social Service in the Family Hope Program in Sumberkepuh Village, Tanjunganom District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method based on the community worker role theory according to Jim Ife and Tesoriero. The results of the research show that the role of facilitation, education, representation and techniques carried out by the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection has been running effectively. So it can be concluded, that Social Service has played a good role in helping recipients to improve their quality of life so that they can achieve prosperity and get out of the poverty line.

Nowadays, turnover problem has increasing in almost every banking due to employee expectation growth for benefit and leadership implementation. Therefore, this study aims to evaluates and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on turnover intention by mediating contribution of job stress and job satisfaction. By using stratified proportionate random sampling technique to 152 permanent employees, then their responses analyze with Smart-PLS latest version software. Result found that five relationships were in-line with the research expectation, while the other two are not.

This research aims to determine Pakistan's policy towards the Pakistan Tehreek-I-Taliban after the Taliban's victory in Afghanistan (2021-2022). The type of research used is explanatory using qualitative methods. This research uses the concept of terrorism and counterterrorism theory. According to Schmid in the Handbook of Terrorism Research in 2011. In response to the increasing number of TTP terror figures in Pakistan after the Taliban's victory over Afghanistan in 2021-2022, the Pakistani government implemented two counterterrorism policies which were divided into two approaches, namely the soft approach and the soft approach. rough approach (hard approach). The approach to counterterrorism policy can be relative, meaning that the implementation of the policy may differ from one country to another, depending on the conditions faced by that country. The research results show that Pakistan has two methods in implementing policies: a soft approach and a hard approach. Pakistan implemented a soft approach policy by mediating with the TTP and choosing the Afghan Taliban as a mediator. Meanwhile, Pakistan implemented a tough approach policy by launching cross-border air strikes into Afghanistan targeting TTP members.

According to the findings of the analysis, the anti-drug family resilience at BNN RI was the issue that was prioritized. This was done as an activity program that adapted evidence-based prevention that had been tested internationally. Therefore, it was very appropriate if this was supported by optimizing the anti-drug family resilience policy. The National Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia's anti-drug family resilience policy isn't yet perfect. One of the reasons is that there is not any statutory or policy regulations issued by BNN as the leading sector in efforts to prevent drugs through strengthening families.

Maron Tourism Village Management is an innovative program implemented by Village-This study aims to evaluates the effects of psychological capital and workload on OCB, and the mediating contribution of job satisfaction in Bank Indonesia representative area West Sumatera and Pematang Siantar. A purposive sampling technique with single criteria was used for 82 permanent bankers. Then, their responses to the online questionnaires were proposed and analysed by assisting Smart-PLS Sofware's latest version with the technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM) and path-analysis in two-tail criteria. The aim of this research is to determine the application of e-government in building approval services through SIMBG at the Kendari City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. The results of the research show that the implementation of supervision by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for Southeast Sulawesi on services at the Kendari-Langara Ferry Port has gone well, however, the effectiveness of supervision of services carried out by the Kendari-Langara Ferry Port UPTD, Southeast Sulawesi Province is not good enough as seen from one of the Tangibles indicators. (touchable) has not been met, while the 4 indicators of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy have been running well in providing services at the Kendari-Langara Ferry Port.

This research aims to analyze and determine the effectiveness of implementing the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in development planning in Tomohon City. This research adopted a qualitative descriptive research method and was conducted at the Bappelitbangda office in Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. The data used in this research comes from primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used interactive data analysis. The research results show the effectiveness of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) application in development planning in Tomohon City, this application is considered innovative and able to increase the efficiency of planning preparation because it is electronic-based and integrated with the centre and regions. However, there are several obstacles that need to be taken into account, such as effectiveness indicators not yet being met due to frequently changing legal bases, lack of regular outreach and training for human resources, and limited infrastructure. Although this application is very helpful compared to manual methods, it still requires better adjustments and support in order to achieve optimal effectiveness according to Duncan's theory in Steers (2012).

This article aims to determine the link between ASN neutrality and the politicization of the bureaucracy in Indonesia, especially after direct regional head elections began in 2005. This change allowed serving regional heads to run for re-election, which could affect ASN neutrality and loyalty because regional heads have the authority to judge ASN performance and determining their structural positions. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research is also supported by library research, namely the study of written materials related to the research focus. The research results show that the politicization of bureaucracy that has occurred in Indonesia indicates that violations of ASN neutrality are still occurring. This can be seen from the use of state facilities, mobilization of ASN, compensation for job promotions, politicization of employee recruitment, promotion and depromotion of career positions.

This paper describes the background of the resistance carried out by the people in three villages (Laiba, Laimpi and Wakumoro) as a form of unrest that they experienced as a result of the damage to the cross-provincial roads that had not been repaired for years by the Southeast Sulawesi provincial government. What is also interesting is that many resistance movements were pioneered by groups of mothers and resistance movements that were formed purely from the community groups themselves without depending on certain mass organizations. Community resistance against the government uses two methods of resistance, namely open reciprocity and closed resistance (James C. Scott, 2000). First, open resistance in the form of demonstrations, media hammering movements, and ina-ina resistance. Second, closed resistance is in the form of discussion of closed meetings, mass mobilization, strengthening the ideology of the movement and equalizing the vision of resistance. This research found that resistance that emerged organically then developed into a consistent resistance carried out by 3 villages (Laimpi, Laiba and Wakumoro Villages), so as to achieve the desired goals. There is a positive and significant influence between psychological empowerment on performance, there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on performance and there is a positive and significant influence between psychological empowerment on motivation. Meanwhile, motivation does not mediate the influence of work design on auditor performance and does not mediate the influence of psychological empowerment on performance.

The aim of this research is to analyze the e-channels strategy of Bank BRI Regional Padang. Analysis was carried out using the business model canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis. In this research, 3 informants were taken from within the company. The research stages begin with the Business Model Canvas and SWOT, problem identification, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of results and conclusions. Through the analysis described above, the results obtained show that Bank BRI has implemented the Business Model Canvas. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix, 14 alternative strategies were obtained that Bank BRI Regional Office Padang could choose in an effort to improve e-channel. After carrying out the SWOT analysis, further development was carried out by adding additions to each element of the 9 BMC blocks to produce a new business model canvas on the BRI Bank e-channel. The limitations of this research are limited to only using the Business Model Canvas analysis method and SWOT analysis. It is recommended to use the analysis method using QSPM to get better results. The informants in this research only focused on informants who came from within the company. It is recommended that further research include informants from external parties such as the OJK.

The method used in this research is the model-building method, a method intended to produce or develop concepts within the scope of a particular study. Smart village development in Jember Regency needs to pay attention to three levels: enabler, driver and mediator. Important variables include the preparation of regulations and development roadmaps as a reference for service and data integration, as well as the provision of infrastructure using a top-down and bottom-up approach. It is also important to develop an institutional model that involves village government and community participation, as well as increasing human resource capacity which is currently not well structured. The research results show that the city components that support Kendari City as a child-friendly city include the living environment, community environment, school environment, play environment, transportation services and children's health services. Aceh Singkil Regency and Central Tapanuli Regency are fighting over four islands, namely Mangkir Gadang Island, Mangkir Ketek Island, Lipan Island and Panjang Island. This research aims to analyze the factors that caused the island dispute between Aceh Singkil Regency and Central Tapanuli Regency. The factors analyzed are factors obtained from interviews and field observations as well as based on previous research studies. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method with data collection using interviews and field observations. Meanwhile, the analysis process uses boundary-making theory and in strategy formulation uses weighting. The research results show that the island dispute between Aceh Singkil Regency and Central Tapanuli Regency has been going on for a long time without a final decision. Research identifies the causes of disputes including juridical, economic, historical, social, community service and geographic factors. To overcome this problem, the recommended strategies include preparing SOPs for resolving island disputes, strengthening procedures and revising the Minister of Home Affairs Decree regarding regional codes and data, as well as strengthening the leadership's understanding of dispute resolution. The main priority is preparing SOPs, while the last priority is strengthening leadership understanding.

The purpose of this writing is to determine the effectiveness of employee work in basic education data services at the Southeast Sulawesi Province Education and Culture Service. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method with data collection using interviews, observations and document studies. Using interactive data analysis techniques according to Milles Huberman and Saldana. The research results show that basic education data entry in Southeast Sulawesi Province is carried out by the DAPODIK admin via the official link, with data validation in the DAPODIK room of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Data sorting is managed by the Education and Culture Bureau system and DAPODIK staff. Data services are carried out manually and online according to SOP, even though they are hampered by network problems and power outages. The DAPODIK program has helped speed up the resolution of school, teacher and student data problems, provided convenience for schools and teachers, and reduced community accumulation and paper usage, showing real changes in the education administration process.

This study investigates the potential of Walasiho Village, with Biru Lake as its main attraction icon, to be developed into a superior tourism village. Using quantitative descriptive analysis to analyze the feasibility score of Walasiho Village into a tourism village that includes indicators such as attractions, accessibility, facilities, and additional services, Walasiho Village achieved a score of 70.50, indicating its feasibility for tourism village development. SWOT analysis to measure the internal and external environment identifies key strengths, including the natural beauty of Biru Lakes, strong community support, and opportunities such as local government support and high public interest in tourism. However, drawbacks such as inadequate facilities and a lack of innovative attractions are also noted. The study recommends the need for strategic initiatives to address these weaknesses, including capacity building and infrastructure upgrades. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism sector has further demonstrated the need for resilient and adaptive strategies. This research contributes to the understanding of rural tourism development and provides actionable recommendations for sustainable development, local economic development, and community welfare in Walasiho village. Future research should explore the long-term effects of tourism development on local communities and evaluate the success of strategies implemented.

The study aims to determine the relationship between income and consumption patterns of rural and urban communities in North Sulawesi. Data analysis in this research was carried out descriptively. The descriptive research method is a research method that provides a general description of the object being studied, such as looking at the movement of each research variable, one of which is by describing the movement of each research variable in the form of a table or graph. The consumption patterns of rural and urban communities show diversity. On average, between 2018-2022, rural communities in North Sulawesi, except for rural areas in Bitung City, allocate more expenditure to non-food consumption than to food consumption. Furthermore, of the eleven districts and four cities in North Sulawesi, only urban communities in Minahasa Regency, Talaud Islands, Manado City, Tomohon City and Kotamobagu City have a greater percentage of expenditure on non-food consumption than food consumption. This phenomenon indicates that apart from income, there are other factors that influence people's consumption patterns in both rural and urban areas in North Sulawesi.

The results of the test hypothesis showed that the ads on Instagram has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of cosplayers, with a tvalue (2,015) > ttable (1,985) at a significance rate of 0,047 < 0,005. The price discount also has a positively and significant effect on the consumptive behaviour of cosplayers, with the tvalue (3,461) > ttable (1,985), at a significance rate of 0,001 < 0,05. Simultaneously, the ads on Instagram and the price discount have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behaviors of cosplayers, by the Fvalue (15,96) > Ftable (3,09) at a significant rate of 0,000 < 0,05.
